Speaking the Gospel to our nation, the nations, and the next generation to see revival and transform generations.
Where We’re Going: SPEAK NOW!
As I prayed over this new season, the Lord placed one word on my heart:
SPEAK.
It appears over 200 times in the New Testament. To speak is to declare, proclaim, and open our mouths so the Gospel can be heard. The early Church was relentless in this—sharing the Gospel where they lived, worked, gathered, and in the public square.
Psalm 145 captures this mandate:
“One generation will declare Your works to the next and will speak of Your mighty acts.”
When we speak the Gospel, movements begin—movements that shape generations.
Our leadership team sensed the urgency of this call and unanimously agreed:
Garrett Wagoner Ministries is becoming SPEAK NOW.
We added “Now” to reflect the urgency of this moment. If we do not speak the Gospel, false and destructive ideologies will fill the vacuum. But when God’s people speak, darkness is pushed back, hope is restored, and lives are transformed.
GARRETT WAGONER
Twenty years ago, When Garrett was an 18-year-old home on break from Bible college, God gave him a dream that changed the trajectory of his life.He saw himself preaching in a church filled with students. At the time, He was in the middle of reading a book called Going Public With the Gospel—a history of evangelists from the early Church in Acts to the present day.
One question in that book pierced his heart:
“After Billy Graham, who will be the next wave of evangelists who answer the call to take the Gospel to our nation, the nations, and the next generation?”
At Speak Now we believe in the power of the Gospel and that it is the only message that can change the world and entire generations. Garrett has been a lead pastor, a denominational leader directing student outreach events, youth pastor, served on staff at several churches and now as lead evangelist, president, and founder at Speak Now! We would love to partner with you at your next camp, conference, retreat, Sunday service, outreach event, or training.
Garrett is married to Rachel, and they have three sons, Graham, Grayson, and Griffin. They reside in Dallas, TX.
